How do I connect my WhatsApp number?

From inside the app, go to Settings → Channels → Add channel. You'll need your WhatsApp Business Account ID and a permanent access token from Meta. Don't have those yet? Email hello@whatareply.com — we'll help you through Meta's approval, usually within 48 hours.

The AI is replying with the wrong tone — how do I fix it?

Open Settings → AI & Capture and edit your business persona. Paste in real examples of how your team chats with customers. The AI mirrors what you give it.

A customer asked something the AI got wrong — what now?

Pause the AI on that chat (one click), reply yourself, then add the correct answer to your knowledge base in Settings → Knowledge. The AI will use it from then on.

How do I stop the AI on certain customers?

Open the contact, toggle "AI mode" to off. They'll get human-only replies until you turn it back on.

My campaign was paused — what happened?

Either you hit a Meta rate limit, your sender quality dropped, or your monthly message limit was reached. Check the banner at the top of the campaign — it'll tell you which one and how to fix it.

Can I get the data I've put in out of the system?

Yes. Every list view has a CSV export button. For a full account export, email hello@whatareply.com — we send a tarball within 48 hours, free.
