The AI now politely collects name, email, phone and address as it chats — and only asks again if it actually needs to. Three subtle bug fixes around proposing a value, confirming, and cancelling. Fewer awkward "are you sure?" loops, more captured leads.
Customers send voice notes. The AI listens, transcribes, replies — and (if you enable it) replies back in a real-sounding voice using your chosen TTS provider. Configure it on Settings → AI & Capture.
Every conversation is now scored for buying intent and warmth automatically — across 30 categories spanning the full sales funnel. Hot leads bubble to the top of your inbox. Tweak the active tags on Settings → Intent.
Rebuilt to show KPI cards with sparklines, an engagement chart, conversion funnel, top campaigns, language breakdowns, template performance and per-agent productivity — all on one screen.
You can now bring your own keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI or OpenRouter — for text, audio (Deepgram, ElevenLabs, AssemblyAI) and vector search (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate). Live model dropdowns, test-connection in one click.
Verification, reset and team-invite emails now go out within ~30 seconds. We also fixed a sneaky issue where some password-reset emails got stuck in the queue.
